Leaves…………………That time of year
Here are some notes on leaf pick-up this year:
-Leaves can be raked to the edge of the street beginning the first of October.
-We will also pick-up leaves on Saeger-Heights this year (do not rake them into the ditch)
-Do NOT rake leaves onto the street or the berm.
-You must Rake leaves out of ditches
-Remember that wet leaves need to be turned over and dried.
-We will only provide leaf bags for properties that are too large to rake to street (Saeger-Heights!)
-We prefer piles wherever possible.
-We are limiting the number of leaf bags for each property this year.
-Main Street residents must rake to the alley NOT onto Main Street, if possible.
-If you rake piles next to an alley, call the office so we don’t miss them.
-Be patient – We will pick them up as time permits.
