Part E: Enforcement Officer  - (OR2-2001)

100.00 Enforcement Officer:
100.10 The Mayor of the Borough of Saegertown, the Code Enforcement Office , or those individuals appointed by resolution of Council, shall be the designated Enforcement Officer by Council for the Borough of Saegertown.
100.20 For the enforcement of any and all regulations adopted pursuant to the Ordinances of the Borough of Saegertown, providing for the regulation of:
100.21 The ownership of dogs and other animals in the Borough;
100.22 Parking;
100.23 Curfew,
100.30 Within the Borough of Saegertown, Crawford County, Pennsylvania;
100.31 And as more specifically provided in the Ordinances below:
102.38 All ordinances of the Borough.
   
200.00 Authority, Duties and Responsibility of Code Enforcer:
200.10 It shall be within the authority, duty and responsibility of the Mayor of the Borough of Saegertown, the Code Enforcement Officer, or those individuals appointed by resolution of Council, Crawford County, Pennsylvania, to duly enforce the regulations;
200.20 To prosecute matters as provided in the Ordinances of the Borough of Saegertown as specifically set forth herein.
200.30 The Mayor of the Borough of Saegertown, the Code Enforcement Officer, or those individuals appointed by resolution of Council, shall have the authority as provided by the Borough Code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania generally to enforce such regulations as permitted in said Ordinances.
   
300.00 Effective Date:
300.10 This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
300.20 ORDAINED and ENACTED May 14th, 2001.
