100.000 Ride in Dangerous Manner:
100.100 It shall be illegal for any person who shall ride or drive any horse, mare, mule, donkey, or jackass, single, double, tandem or otherwise, in or out of harness, in a dangerous or violent manner, in any other the streets, alleys or public grounds of said Borough.
   
200.000 Penalty Section 100:
200.100 Shall upon conviction of such offense on complaint duly made before the District Justice for said borough, forfeit and pay a Class D fine as set by resolution of Council and costs at the discretion of the District Justice, for the use of said Borough.
   
300.000 Sidewalks and Trees:
300.100 It shall be unlawful for any person to ride, drive or lead a horse, horses, teams or cattle on the sidewalks or to hitch the same to, or near to trees along the streets or public ground:
   
400.000 Penalty Section 300:
400.100 Any person convicted of so offending or complaint duly made before the District Justice for said borough shall pay a Class D fine as set by resolution of Council and costs at the discretion of the District Justice.
400.101 Such fine shall not be a bar any suit the owner of such sidewalk or trees may bring for damages resulting from such unlawful act.
